Google has gone from innovative upstart to fat-and-happy industry leader in what seems like record time. Put simply, the search giant has lost its mojo. That's good news for Microsoft, and it could affect how you use Google's cloud computing services. Google looks as if it's on top of the world right now, holding an ever-increasing lion's share...

Google is in hot water again over invasive Street View photos that ignore private roads and "No Trespassing" signs. While privacy's existence is still being debated, perhaps the company just needs a lesson in how to read.

P4P is touted as the new and improved P2P. The technology has the potential to lower bandwidth costs for ISPs and speed up downloads for P4P enabled filesharing clients. There is a dark site to this new technology though. The strong anti-piracy connections are fuel for conspiracy theorists, and Net Neutrality might be at stake.
